F1.1 — Excel Template & Survey Compatibility
Validate the survey template against the demographic questions in the questions Excel before survey creation, to ensure the survey structure will be compatible with downstream coding and data delivery processes. Only demographic questions are validated at this stage, since other questions and options may be populated after creation (e.g., assigned to users later). This prevents launching surveys with mismatched demographic questions, options, or response values that could lead to incorrect data processing later.
Signed off as Done; two of five stories (E2E coverage and a duplicate-respondent bugfix) are shipped, while the core validation script and its UI wiring are JIRA-Done but not directly confirmed on master — though the same validation logic reappears merged in the later E2E PRs that touch the identical files.
