Stand up fieldwork-api — a new, separately hosted serverless API (AWS Lambda/TypeScript, own repo) that (a) provides the data layer for the WPP Dashboard (F1.6) and (b) takes ownership of everything currently served by src/routes/wpp in dashboard-api (/wpp, /wpp/exports, /wppMonitoring), restructured for the ~470-cell multi-market scale of 2026-W1. Provide WPP with a dashboard showing how markets are progressing — a single up-to-date view of market progress without manual reporting. The dashboard is a static web app reading the hourly per-market MetricsSnapshot JSON from S3 (produced by M3 / F3.3); it does not read the database directly and has no backend of its own.
